Our lawyers have led legal departments and sat on the governing bodies of companies across various sectors, so we understand the business we support.

We form and transform companies and build international business structures, including in jurisdictions with a stable and favourable regulatory and tax environment. We tailor our advice to the specifics of a given market, taking into account local legal requirements and international standards of conducting business.

We draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, from framework agreements for large entities to individual transactions for sole traders. We support clients at every stage: from establishing the business assumptions, through structuring safeguards, to final negotiations and performance of the contract.

We provide comprehensive counsel in restructuring and insolvency law at every stage, from assessing whether to initiate proceedings to their conclusion. As licensed restructuring advisors, we act as arrangement supervisor and administrator. We represent both debtors, safeguarding board members against civil, tax and criminal liability, and creditors, pursuing the maximum recovery of their claims.

Legal aspects are often only one (and not always the most important) dimension of a matter. That is why, in unusual projects, we combine legal expertise with knowledge from other fields: finance, tax and management, handling cases comprehensively and across disciplines.

We specialise in economic and fiscal criminal law and in white-collar and corruption offences, including money laundering and capital-market cases. As a firm conducting restructuring and insolvency proceedings, we represent clients in criminal matters connected with business activity and action to the detriment of creditors. We also have competence in matters concerning firearms, ammunition and the operation of shooting ranges.

We provide comprehensive support for the investment process, from examining the legal status of a property (due diligence), through negotiating contracts and obtaining administrative decisions on spatial planning, to representation in construction and investment disputes. We also advise on real-estate transactions: sale, lease, leasing and tenancy, carried out both domestically and abroad.

We conduct complex court and out-of-court disputes in broadly understood civil, commercial and business law. We represent clients before courts of all instances and in arbitration proceedings. We also handle foreign-currency loan cases (CHF, EUR) and matters concerning the WIBOR reference rate.

We offer ongoing advice on personal data protection: preparing, implementing and updating the legally required documentation, data-processing and data-transfer agreements, and representation before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office and other authorities. Our lawyers act as attorneys and data protection officers (DPOs) and run individual and group training.

We support enterprises in adapting to sustainable-development and environmental requirements, including fulfilling ESG reporting obligations under the CSRD Directive and its amendment (the Omnibus package). We help management and supervisory bodies implement procedures for managing and controlling sustainability matters.

We handle cases and provide advice in family and guardianship law, governing relations between spouses, parents and children, and matters of custody and guardianship. We represent clients in cases of divorce, separation, division of assets, separate property, parental authority, contact with children, alimony and incapacitation.
